BINDING ARBITRATION

5.1 You and The Hangry Herd agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of this site shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules by a sole arbitrator.

5.2 You may only bring claims in your individual capacity and not on behalf of any class.

5.3 The arbitrator shall issue a reasoned award and have the power to grant interim relief.

5.4 Each party shall bear its own arbitration costs unless otherwise awarded.

 

PRIVACY ISSUES

6.1 The Hangry Herd may collect and use information about you and your site usage in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
